Hello My name is Dee Johnson and I am the owner of My Carolinas House Buyer, which is a division of Simply Your Homebuyer, LLC. Thank you for taking the time to visit our website to learn more about us.  I started this company in 2017 with the goal of making a difference in the local community.

My life experiences have taught me a lot about what it takes to care for others and how to be their advocate. For over 20 years, I was a caregiver for my mother until she passed away in 2017. My mother served the local community even in her sickness as a missionary with our church. These life lessons are the foundation for what this company is built on which is serving and is my “why” for establishing this business. 

Through this business, my goal is to not only help people in need but to also fulfill my passion to help the elderly and homeless and hopefully make a dent even if small in the affordable housing crisis.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, going to the beach and the mountains, listening to live music and just overall having a good time.
